GHRP-6 — (5mg)

GHRP-6 (Growth Hormone Releasing Peptide-6, 5mg) is a synthetic hexapeptide with the sequence His-D-Trp-Ala-Trp-D-Phe-Lys-NH2, developed by endocrinologist Cyril Y. Bowers in 1984 as the first member of the growth hormone releasing peptide family. It activates the ghrelin receptor (GHS-R1a) through a pathway entirely independent of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH), making it the original research tool that established the existence of a second independent pathway for pituitary GH secretion. All subsequent GHRPs — including GHRP-2, Hexarelin, and Ipamorelin — were derived from GHRP-6 as the founding compound of this class.
