At Patriot Peptides, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products—sold strictly for research purposes only—we maintain the following refund and return policy.

All Sales Are Final

Because peptide products require controlled storage and handling, we cannot accept returns once an order has been shipped.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on:

  • Peptides
  • Research chemicals
  • Consumables
  • Opened or unopened vials

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  1. Your order number
  2. Photos of the product and packaging
  3. A description of the issue

If verified, we will issue:

  • A replacement
    —OR—
  • Store credit

No cash refunds will be provided.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be changed or refunded.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier
  • Stolen packages
  • Incorrect shipping information entered by the customer

If an order is returned due to inaccurate address details, additional shipping fees may apply.
